Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Ruiz Hair Extensions, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns, refunds and exchanges under the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Hair extensions that have been worn, washed, dyed, cut, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used hair extensions.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Clearance or final sale products.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If your item meets our return criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email our customer service team at service@ruizhair.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization – We will review your request and provide return instructions, including a return authorization number.
  3. Ship the Product – Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing & Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, length, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately. This ensures faster processing and availability of your desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. Once the issue is verified, we will resolve it promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our return policy.
