4. Tracking Your Order

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Ruiz Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking it.
  • For lost packages, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and notify our support team.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If you need to change your address, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Once a package has shipped, we cannot make address changes.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
